I agree that CPCU Society shall have, without further obligation to me, the right to use my name, voice, likeness, photograph, videotaped footage and biographical information, in whole or in part, for advertising purposes in conjunction with the Event or similar CPCU Society events in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity without further notice to me and without further compensation.

Prepare Affair is a large event coordinated by People Working Cooperatively to help elderly and disabled community members prepare their homes for the winter. Our chapter has participated in this event for several years and we are once again participating in 2026. Our chapter will help rake leaves for assigned homes in the Hamilton or Butler county area.
Family and friends of all ages are welcome to join and students are able to obtain volunteer hours for participation. To register, please visit
